You mention the remote telephone box, but rode right past the "supposed" most remote chapel Soar-y-Mynydd without a note, ...... this is my neck of the woods, ride the staircase every week, cwmystwyth road twice a week and the valleys and lakes every day, I love living in Mid Wales....... retired here 6 years ago, nice vid !!

Thanks, your right I never mentioned the chapel, as you'll know the road from the remote phone box, direct to devils staircase was closed and the division was passed the chapel ,had I more time I may have stopped , you picked the right place to retire 👍

Very beautyful landscape, a bike that looks like a proper bike, not like an angry insect, great music. Love the Hollies. Would love to visit and ride there. I guess my Honda CB SevenFifty is better suited for those roads then my CBR 300R.

Thanks for the comment, you'd be fine on the CBR , you could mix the slow roads with some faster A roads , I see plenty of sport bike doing the route as the roads are in such good condition 👍

I lived in Mid Wales from early 90's to about 2011 but never found the remote phone box, you don't happen to have the WhatThreeWords ref do you or a road number.. Would really love a photo of my Red Triumph Speedmaster parked next to it.. I've also lived in South Wales in the early 80's near Hay-on-Wye and now for the past 12 years I've been living up in North wales.. I moved to Hay-on-Wye when I got fed up of riding from the Midlands to Wales for the roads so decided to pack my stuff on my bike and move.. but Mid Wales is still one of my favourite places to ride.. especially from Newton to Newbridge (via the Bike stop at Crossgates). Thanks for the vid and the music.. Ride Safe.. 🤟 😎

Yes it's a huge improvement on stock seat , still not very good for passenger,not a great deal of room for them , I'm having a custom seat being made ,will see what that's like 👍
