lol...big brands are looting customers in different ways...this video is a very good example...1200 rupees for a small bolt with Royal Enfield marked on it. I know only 90% of above middle class or rich people will buy these but still 1200 for a single bolt which costs hardly 100 and 50 more to print that name.

You are absolutely correct bro...... Normally RE loot people in there service centres. I own a Thunderbird 350 3 yrs old till this date I have spent almost 75% of the bike cost for maintenance itself. So I sold it.......

Hey man no one is ranting here, it's a social platform to share our views...It may not be useful to you but useful for some one who is interested in this bike he might be more careful before buying one. Amjad shared his experience with RE service centers....I would be pissed off if I paid 2 lakhs for a machine and it doesn't perform as expected. At end of the day its hard earned money man...can't waste it. If people want to buy no one is stopping them these are just our views and how market works.

Odd? Not really. That's one way to earn a lot of money. Ever been to McDonald's? Burgers and fries sometimes cost the same even though a lot goes into making a burger but hardly any work or cost in making fries. Customer buys VFM bike or cheap burger, he is satisfied. Customer likes bike or burger a lot and wants to spice it up with accessories or French fries, he willingly shells out extra money. Customer happy, company happier.
