Hi Tony, thank you for the nice comment. Yes, the Zard exhaust sounds lovely. All going well today I’ll fit the Tec exhausts on my Interceptor. I’ll make the video of they sound as well

They really look awesome back to back I noted on the zard setup on the chain side a little bend in the pipe at the slip on area is that the same on yours: ahh yes re watched and it does Really looking forward to to more great content

The Pirellis on my bike are not bad in the dry. But I’m very careful in the wet. They are not very confidence inspiring I must say. I might change them for winter. Still doing a research on what I might get

​@@rideswithrichieI concur with your comments re tyres. I have ceat on my interceptor with a few thousand miles of tread remaining. I have thought about what tyres to get and have heard the Battlax Bt46 were good. Certainly the reviews were positive.

Yes, I have heard great things about them as well. Let’s see how it goes. I’m looking for the tyres which are good in the wet since over here in Ireland it rains a lot and it rains all year round.

Very interesting comparison, but to be honest there's no way I would spend that much on that exhaust system. Hitchcock's do a great exhaust that is cheaper and has a great sound. It also goes a long way to reducing the overall weight of the bike. As an aside, I really like the screen you have on your 650, it fits the look perfectly. What is the small tube that Fiona has fitted to the nearside rear mud guard, do you know?

Hi. Thank you for the comment. Yes, neither I would spend money for such an expensive exhaust system. That small tube is to display the tax disc. It’s a law over here in Ireland that every motor vehicle has to display the same on the vehicle.

I have the Tec Big Bore exhausts with the Downpipes. I might use the slips only for now. With the headers the bike sounds too loud

@@rideswithrichie I think that's something that not too many people think about when they fit louder pipes. They have to live with that noise while they are riding.

Fiona was not interested in changing the headers. She is happy with the slip ons.

The original Royal Enfield sounds more like my zero turn twin cylinder Kawasaki lawn mower engine. The upgraded exhaust on the Black Royal Enfield sounds more like my supercharged powered Yamaha jet ski exhaust burbling underwater at idle. Exuding excitement!
