We bought meteor 350 three months ago from "SRI VELAVAN MOTORS, GREAMS ROAD, CHENNAI - 600006". They didn’t even disclose us they have added extended warranty. After finding it, we opted to cancel the extended warranty, bumper and certain accessories they offered. When he insisted we clearly said forcing a customer to buy a product or avail a service is against law. They finally agreed to refund the amount that comes to Rs. 4099. They said that it will be refunded to our account in 15 days, but they didn't. Three months have gone and they are saying one excuse or the other and the amount has not been refunded. yet. It is very clear that their intention is to cheat us and rob us of our money..!!! AND of course the bumper and extra fittings that we didn’t buy..!!!!! A day light robbery..!! Out of frustration I have decided to approach the consumer forum with all the recordings and proofs that we have. I thought Royal enfield was a reputed company buy I am wondering how they give dealership to such a cheap person like Sri velavan motors, greams road chennai..!!!! They are openly saying us to sue ROYAL ENFIELD because they are the one who is telling us to do this (Cheat..!!!!). I hope ROYAL ENFIELD takes immediate action before this issue complicates to the extent that it pays heavy damages for the inconvenience caused at this time of CORONA and before it loses its name. I suggest you they cancel the dealership of SRI VELAVAN MOTORS before they ruin the reputation of ROYAL ENFIELD.
