The price of the replacement item you buy is reduced... For example if you want to buy touring seat for interceptor via MIY the price is 3465/- Whereas if you buy it separately from re dealership it would cost about-5000/- Please don't misguide people..i have checked these personally...

15 to 20 percent sare part par discount to milta hai except the alloy wheels . Alloy wheels if selected, modifies the ex showroom price of the bike and alloy wheels price gets included in the new ex showroom price. Although we are not getting the stock wheels, but we are saving around ₹4500 if buying alloy wheels through MIY. Here it costs 8750 but at showroom its cost is around 13000. So RE is Infact giving us discount for not providing the stock spoke wheels. I have also booked halycon green on MIY app. Touring mirror is costing me 4300 after discount on MIY

You're partially correct. MIY pe jo price hai whi price milega - insurance jo reflect krta hai sahi hai. Company wale jo insurance dete hain wo bumper to bumper hota hai(again thoda sa mehenga compared to comprehensive). Kabhi bhi bike lena toh MIY pe check kr lo aur dealership pe kaho yhi price de ya fir customer support pe baat kr lo. They can't lose you as a customer for 2000 but you'll definitely save 2000. 😉 Stock part replacement modification wali baat ekdum sahi boli.

Go to aftermarket accessories guys. They are better quality and feature riched with end no. of options. Are you fool to pay RE just double or triple the prices of their basic accessories..? Again to not compensated for leaving of stock fittings. Now also pay them customized charge plus GST. Compare- Aftermarket butterfly leg gaurd Rs 1200 (MS heavy) to 1800 (SS) : RE-3950(MS or SS god knows) Hahaha...
