During our stay, we found that the resort is, in general, very good. Wonderful staff and beach. The resort is quiet, small and cute, and the entertainment staff made sure there was plenty of activity for those who wanted to participate in various games. Would go back! Thanks for sharing this beautiful tour.

We stayed here before Covid, and it was a true gem. The surroundings, people, and pools were all fantastic, and the hotel was located on one of Riviera Maya's most stunning beaches. Delightful spot for couples over 40 who appreciate spending time in a calm, relaxed environment. Good video.

Good resort and location on the beautiful Playacar Beach. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful, and the majority of the staff is very helpful; however, the buffet staff could be more responsive and nice. Treat all guests the same way you would treat returning guests, and do not show it in front of others. The beachfront seats in the buffet were impossible to get because they were all reserved for the staff's favourite guests. Restaurants were fantastic, but difficult to book because they were always booked when we wanted to go, so we had to accept any time. This occurred during the winter holidays, which are the busiest time of year. Beautiful video!

This resort delivered an excellent vacation experience. The staff was extremely friendly, which enhanced our vacation experience. A breathtaking setting with an incredibly beautiful beach. Overall, the food tasted good. We didn't enjoy every dish, but we were happy, and the resort provided a variety of food options. Recommend! Nice video...

Our experience here was satisfactory, although it could have been better. The resort is stunning, arguably one of the most gorgeous on Playacar Beach. The personnel were quite polite and helpful. Now, let's look at why our experience could be better. They need to renovate some rooms, such as generic painting and patching, to make them look more fresh. Rooms are set to a temperature of 22° Celsius, which will make the room sticky on hot days. We visited a few resorts following the pandemic and saw the same thing: the air conditioning was set to a minimum temperature of 22 degrees Celsius and could not be turned down. It was introduced at numerous resorts during and after Covid, but I believe it needs to change! Finally, the buffet need remodelling and an additional grill station! Aside than this, everything was excellent. Great video!
