Royal Hua Hin Golf Course (Thailand) - What is it like?

Way over-priced for what you get - much better courses in Hua Hin. But you get to play same golf course as built for and played by the old King.

Well, they had a special deal that included green fee, buggy and caddie fee which was quite attractive. I have seen (but not played) what seemed to be a much better course, and also Springfield, which I played, seemed a lot more challenging and varied. But as I stayed right "downtown", the location of the Royal Hua Hin was perfect for me, and I actually enjoyed the round very much.
