I've listened to a number of trumpet renditions over time of this song and don't believe anyone comes close to Mark Upton's playing ability. Simply outstanding! I could listen to this over and over, and I certainly have.

@@mrmyigai-dough4779 I should have included the Flugelhorn in my comment. His upper range is so controlled, which he certainly demonstrates on the Trumpet. There are a lot of screamers out there, but his control and purity of sound is is unmatched, certainly on this piece.

Awesome playing!!! Great orchestra and arrangements!!! Trumpet question: .why the cheek puffing? Seems like you play in some other videos without inflating your cheeks. Perhaps it helps with compression? 🤷🏾‍♂️🎺
