Royal Mayfair by Creed Fragrance Review

Creed Windsor is my favorite sublime masterpiece fragrance of all time & Royal Mayfair is a helluva doppelgänger. It smells expensive like pure opulence & class. It has an air to it that seems to say, I am of wealth & unspoken confidence with it’s sillage. Nearly a masterpiece.

By far one of the best Creeds to date, as classy and stylish as the district it's self. Only two Creeds I own would be RM and Royal Oud, the rest? oh dear. If ever you visit London then you should visit the creed shop in Mayfair, you will love the experience and maybe appreciate the scent a little more.

I agree its not for everyone. But I've never smelled a more natural scent in my life. Wearing it makes me feel like I'm going through an English Garden like LITERALLY......beautiful scent....

the same experience ... after first impression i didn´t like it on skin ... after a month i tried it to spray on the clothes .. brilliant, classy, fresh, gentlemanish scent ... very decent and elegant

So I just picked this up for 12 bucks from Marshalls. I thought it was fake but you just proofed to me it's not. I enjoy this scent and it's interesting for sure.

nice review pick up a bottle of 4 oz of this scent for $150.00 bucks it was a blind buy but for that price it was a good buy for a creed fragrance first time i spray this baby i was very disappointed with creed because the opening of this scent was horrible but 15 minutes later oh boy i was in love with this juice to me creed cologne have a sophisticated scent that does not compare to any other cologne in the market they could be a bit pricy but the sophisticated scent creeds brings to the cologne world is worth the price.

I agree the first couple of times I worn it I didn't really like it. The rose note was overwhelming to me but the ladies love it. Have to grow to enjoy this scent.

Sometimes you meet someone you think is not your type at all. Then you get to know them and they become a close friend. Royal Mayfair is the same. For the first 10 minutes I hated the medicinal opening. Then I noticed an enchanting scent in the air. Who is wearing that great fragrance? I have to ask them the name of it. But it was me wearing Royal Mayfair.

Why the hate for RM? Aventus while is probably King it has some nuances that smell like cheap men's deodorant. RM has this wonderful drydown and I have received many compliments wearing this then no other creed.

Absolutely beautiful. I’m glad a lot of people don’t wear this. It reminds me a little of Cartier’s Declararion d’un Soir because of the watery rose smell I detect. Not identical but somewhat similar vibe

I received a sample from creed when i bought my silver mountain water. The opening is too harsh for my taste, you can definitely smell quality as all creeds.

In some countries, Creed fragrances DO come in cellophane. It depends on the importer.

From Creed they will never have cellophane. The only way they would be cellophaned is if the company selling it adds cellophane after they get it in. I've never seen that personally from any online retailer or store I've been in. Could some places cellophane legit boxes after getting them in? Sure they could, but 99% of Creeds that you see with cellophane are made in China/Russia and are completely fake.

I sprayed this on a test strip and my hand at Nordstrom's and had the hardest time picking it up. To be fair I had done a good amount of sniffing. I remember thinking I couldn't decide how I felt about it but it didn't seem to last long on my skin. Nice review as always and have you tried Polo Supreme Oud? I'm shocked that I'm giddy over something Polo put out. Check it out if you can.

Disclaimer: it won't blow your mind or break new ground, it just does Oud really well and way less generic than you might expect from Polo.

I own Supreme Oud and Supreme Leather both. I do like Supreme Oud a good deal actually. I sampled it first and right after I got through my little decant I ordered a full bottle.

Gents Scents that's awesome. Not too much talk on supreme Oud . I just got a sample of supreme leather. I like it but not sure it full bottle worthy. A little bit more what you'd expect from polo though it's towards the top for them IMO. Peace.

Don't really know what eucalyptus really smells like but royal Mayfair has a moldy mildew smell that I can't stand, I get the same note from Chanel's platinum egoiste

Royal Mayfair reminds me of walking into a budget shoe shop and passing by the cheap foam flip-flops and get a whiff of that horrendous chemical smell. Opening a foam knee pad for gardening will give you the same experience. Royal Mayfair smells exactly like cheap chemical foam that will take months to air out.

So between RM and Aventus if I were suggesting you just one it would be Aventus since that seems to be a staple in almost anyones rotation. I would personally sample the Creeds that interest you first though and then decide which is best for you.
