Not really. Actually it'll be easier to spot dirts and if that is a Italian marble top/ Korean marble it's way easier to clean too, won't leave any cast after cleaning. Also there's a good chimney and windows on the opposite side of cooking counter.

Where is the R.O? If it's beneath the sink the is it advisable to keep it there? Also there should be two sinks .. practically! And a rack above sink makes it easy for the utensils to dry. This might not be practical...but otherwise very good

Nowadays kitchen equipped with AC and chimney so there is no need of window at all and second using chimney with window open thn chimney will not give proper results. And for shutters and ply to expand you can use marine grade ply which will never expand due to moischure.

0:37 wash basin should be next to the stove or near to the stove because most of the time we use strainer, going to the end of the platform every time is headache. White color is not suitable for kitchen, better go for shades of brown or black.

According to Kitchen Work Triangle; Stove, Sink and Refrigerator should be placed in triangular manner. That's y it's like that. Anyway if you like sink near stove that's your go. Also the color of kitchen is a personal preference.

This kitchen is not less than 5 lakhs(including burner hobs, chimneys and Oven) as the counters and front walls all are made from Artificial Marbles which is very costly. Also, they have way too much compartments and pantry added.

1. Hinges placement as well number of hinges in overhead cabinets is not proper. 2. Inner drawers should be with inner drawer front bracket and inner drawer front profile as regular front panel with inner drawer looking not good. 3. Wire baskets slides near the sink area is not properly aligned as it's little hard to operate. 4. If there is gola profile used for drawers and shutters under the platform then you should use verticle gola profile in tall unit/larder unit for semetrical look. 5. Lift-up is not working as smooth as nowadays lift-up fittings comes with progressive movement as well with buttery smooth movement (fitting might be done with wrong load capacity or might be fitted with misalignment.) 6. Rolling shutter should be smoother side to operate.
