Royal Selangor Yacht Club, RSYC located close to the mouth of the Klang River in Port Klang, RSYC is the premiere venue for competitive yachting, sail training, power boating, sea fishing and water sports in the Selangor and the Klang Valley. By road, the club can be easily accessed from Kuala Lumpur via the NKVE, the Federal Highway or the KESAS Highway. Travel time is 30 minutes from Petaling Jaya and 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur Centre. There is a direct KTM rail connection from Central Station to Port Klang station, which is less than a kilometre from RSYC.
The traditional style club house and terrace has fine river views, with local and international boats regularly passing by. RSYC opens to members of the public and the club house provides an ideal venue for weddings, parties and corporate functions, either on the terrace area or in our Kenaga Room. RSYC catering serves breakfast, lunch and dinner every day and can provide a wide variety of cuisine for group bookings. We also offer a bar, pool and wi-fi in all areas, and comprehensive facilities for boat storage, boat maintenance, launching and on the water pontoons.
