New laser marking on these rifles. Interesting. You can make it out a bit better. I like the Iraqi markings/ triangle, haven't seen that before. Cool find !

Wow that is a huge win, I wanted an Iraqi marked one, but I didn't want to pay the price they want for one of those, but to get one as a C grade is awesome!

I also got a 1936 Iraqi BSA, unfortunately for me it’s a rusty unshootable POS that only holds value as a historical artifact.

Aren't these advertised not to have an upper handguard? It looks like you got a solid deal. The foreend crack looks exactly like the crack I have on my C grade Ishapore too. I think it can be saved.

Yeah it's basically advertised that you get what you get IMO. RTI doesn't seem to factor the bore in their grading so you'll get whatever in the pile looks "broken" it seems. I'm pretty happy with this one. Forend is probably salvageable as a project but if the bore turns out as nice as my C grade Lithgow I'll probably replace it with one my spare forends I have laying around.

I am still gonna buy from them. First, I will need a new gun safe to store. I am also waiting for RTI to bring back VZ52 magazines like before the new website change to complete my AYM VZ-52 I bought before. @@tfusilier44

Id go for it. It's a gamble but for $199 worst case you can use it for parts or part it out. I got two of these so far and got this one and a 1924 Lithgow with a very good bore

So heres my consideration for the c grade enfields I put together a list of all the no.1 mkIII enfields sold in the past month on gunbroker I would call them average condition; some dings in the furniture with most of the finish still left and decent clean bores The average sale price was $546 with a standard deviation of $165 Thusly i do think these could be a good deal, but spending more than $320 total given the condition youre left with. Also do the c grades come with magazines now?

The C grades don't come with a magazine. He ordered one from RTI since they cost $39.99 at the moment. I am tempted to buy a magazine for my 1943 Ishapore. The one thing I am wondering is about the upper handguard because I don't believe they could have upper handguards on the C grades. I can say he got very lucky on this.

First of all, that's a solid name and profile photo. Second, I did purchase the mag separately since I figured for the cost and to combine shipping made sense. Overall it's a gamble. Id say if you have spare parts on hand already and just want a project these are great. But if you want something that you can guarantee is going to work on arrival then shopping elsewhere is best. Personally I enjoy the projects and I have the tools and experience to restore them so it really comes down to how much time I can devote to them when I get them done. This one will certainly be done before my last C Grade since I decided to hunt down a proper NOS or New Made Queensland maple or Coachwood stock for it as a Lithgow.

@@thegreatchickenoverlord5976 that is the gamble. Id say for this one I lucked out and so far just needs a forend fixed/replaced. But could be a lot worse. My C Grade Lithgow I got from them will need all the furniture replaced. Being coachwood made it more vulnerable to the poor storage conditions. That being said, a 1924 Lithgow Mk III was well worth what I paid.

Just ordered one of the ones they farmed out to atlantic. 1917 bsa is what i recieved

@tfusilier44 still in the process of it. The inner band screw is siezed . Going to have to drill it out and replace it. Not sure how the front sight comes off
