Join Royal Academy of Dance teacher and Silver Swans expert practitioner Sarah Platt as she brings her motivational ballet classes directly to you at home. This is the eighth in a series of classes aimed at the over 55s, giving you the knowledge to unleash your inner dancer, with new sequences to learn and remember each week.
Proven to ensure a complete mind and body workout by improving mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels, these exercises will help to keep you mentally and physically active - even if the kitchen counter or the bathroom sink is serving as a makeshift barre.

Oh I so love these bite-sizes and Sarah is just fantastic. I keep doing them and find myself better able to do the exercises each time. Plus, a recent period of back pain has been helped by doing these exercises gently to restore flexibility. Most of all I just feel ridiculously happy when following along. Patti

Thank you for these lessons, from a Not Quite Silver swan of 39 years. I have always wanted to learn ballet. Could we have a new warm up and cool down sequence? - I have watched all your videos so many times I think I know them word-for-word!

Thank you Sarah for the wonderful lessons which I have loved doing. I have done ballet tone in the past and dance Argentinian tango, but classical ballet is ny first love. I hope you will do more Silver Swans class.
