I love the look of your bath salts. I'm in Australia and I make a couple of Salt bath mixes, I add milk in mine, one with Vanilla for guys and gals and 1 for the ladies or men who like florals. I love it as a footbath. I don't think you can best a good salt bath, door locked, candles on and a glass of wine. You have a wonderful week and a safe productive weekend xx

Looks lovely , I look forward to all your videos but rarely leave a message but thought I would tonight ... thanks for sharing 👍🇦🇺 I get lots of pain in my wrists from carpal tunnel so I add a spray bottle sprayer top into my fragrance bottle and spray my fragrance all over my salt mixes (and bath bomb mixes etc ) ....it disperses the scent really well and saves me a lot of pain from the mixing .... I made a similar mix to this one a while back and it went really well so I reckon you will end up making several batches in different scents very soon . ... I ended up making co ordinating soap and bath bombs and sold them as sets in a pretty box/ tray in a drawstring organza bag and a pretty bow .....perfect gift !
@RoyalAppleBerry4 жыл бұрын
Well hello there lovey! I appreciate you watching and commenting and that is a great idea about the spray bottle. It seems that it would help it disperse evenly especially since I have carpel tunnel as well. Also, thank you for sharing your great ideas, I may have to make some cute little gift boxes for the holidays! Be well dear and have a great rest of your week!

I have the actual scent from Jo Malon. OMG!! That is an amazing scent.. VERY GOOD CHOICE FOR YOUR BATH TEA. AWESOME.. I would love to make a CP soap with an oil dupe but I'm afraid of acceleration, ricing or any issues that can come with frag oils.
@sumbdluvsme4 жыл бұрын
Have you tried just hand stirring the fragrance in really good. I let my soap get to a light trace for FO that I am unsure of. That always helps me.
@RoyalAppleBerry4 жыл бұрын
Girl, so know exactly how fab this smells! Thank you sis and don't fear the dupes, most all that I use are great behaviors. I've only had one that was an accelerator, but the website made us aware of this issue. Also , as deafeatingfibromyalgia said in her comment, hand stirring at a thin trace works well and most ricing fragrances stick blend right out. Just do it girl, you got this!

This turned out lovely Kenny🥰... I was wondering though, as my "kitchen" brain took over while I was watching you stir the salt mixture with a whisk, wouldn't it have been much easier to mix that batch with a large spoon or even a hand mixer? A hand mixer, with the whisk attachment, wouldn't have damaged any of the ingredients. These are the thoughts that run through my stress filled brain, late at night🤷♀️

How do you avoid clogging your drain with the botanicals?
@RoyalAppleBerry Жыл бұрын
From my experience, with each bath, it doesn't contain very many botanicals, and they really turn to mush and disintegrate between your fingers if your were to rub them together in you hand. Also, if you really want to avoid them going down the drain, you can place a scoop of the soak in a knee high stocking, or something similar and when your bath is finish, just dump them in the trash. Hope this was helpful and thank you very much for watching and commenting!
@trisht43143 жыл бұрын
How long do these last since you added fragrance oil? I’ve made some in the past for my self and forgot about them. When I looked at the container I could see that the oil had made the flowers and salt wet 😩. I made them about 3 months ago and I think I added a carrier oil as well. Maybe I over did it lol. But just curious as to how long they last?
@RoyalAppleBerry3 жыл бұрын
Hiya, they lasts as long as you have the product, with no wilting or wetness of the flowers. I actually still have the one I kept from this batch and it's still good to go. also, I don't add any other oils besides a small amount of fragrance. I'm always fearful of oils making the tub slippery. If you like carrier oils in yours, try a very small amount and see if that helps. Thanks so much for watching dear!

@RoyalAppleBerry3 жыл бұрын
I don't care for adding oils to bath products, I'm just afraid of someone slipping and hurting themselves. I've done a full splits using a sugar scrub before, lol! However, if you do choose to go that route, be sure to add a warning label.
