This was wonderful, one thing I noticed was that when the Emir of Qatar started to inspect the troops the soldier with him got into step with him, making his stride smaller and slower so they were in sync the whole time, perfection, it looked as though it had been rehearsed, but I should doubt it was, it made the whole thing smart and showed what we the English are all about, perfection in the slightest thing, well done that soldier, you were spot on and well done everyone involved in this welcome ceremony it was beautiful and well drilled. I hope the Emir and his wife enjoyed it, I certainly enjoyed watching it.
