Presenting new colours to a regiment has got nothing to do with who is the honorary Colonel our King is above them anyway he is the Colonel in Chief of ALL the King's Guards Colours tell a story of each regiment, they become adorned with emblems of operations they have been involved in, all the old colours are kept but they need renewing or there wouldn't be room for every operation and this has happened since each regiment was formed l can't believe its for the honorary Colonel, i'm sure they wish her well but they are part of the Military and go on active duty

He thought that Camilla would be there waiting for him (probably because he was the PoW) when he came back from his naval tour. He just thought that Diana would fall into line without him doing anything special to make her happy. That is not how it works in relationships Diana was very young and had the unrealistic ideas of romance and true love that often cloud the judgement of youth. It would not have killed Prince Charles to cut her some slack and to *attempt* to be more dashing and demonstrative; like a younger man would naturally be. After all, he is said to have liked play-acting!
