She's a npc created by the developers to watch to see if players are hacking or doing bad things, she's completely harmless and she is coded to disappear whenever you get close so you don't have to be afraid but if you are you can invite a friend to play with you or play on public servers bc she almost never to barely appears in public and plus its a little rude to put a ghost of someone who died irl in a game to spy on people (for people scared)

First off, “hunting” her is easy. You go up to her and she will disappear a few seconds after you are by her. Second, she’s not the ghost of anyone, she seems creepy but it’s okay!

This isn’t a myth, it’s real. The Blue Dress Girl in Royale High is a NPC that watches over you in private servers to see if you are exploiting, hacking etc… So if you see her and think it’s a hacker or something she’s not.

I know The Blue Girl is for catching exploiters but Callmehhaley actually made a story background for her let me tell you: In 1973 Carolyn Blue (Blue girl) went to Royale High as a student. She was bullied a lot and it never stopped. The principal was bribed money for all staff not to interfere/stop the bullying. One day it got so bad that her bullies pushed in a near by ocean and she drowned because she didn’t know how to swim. Now she haunts Royale high. 👻

Shes actually a safe NPC Because she only watches you and looks after you if your doing bad things.. And if you go closer she most likely will dissappear It also works on the shadow man they both are safe NCP'S So no need to worry about them. The Developers were the ones who made them both so they can report them. And both of them are very harmless so you can just chill while in game but if you find her. No need to worry you can just invite a friend for fun but she will probably still watch over you so just dont do bad things in royale high but if you do. You might be reported, or banned from the game and might not enter again. So just be safe out there❤

For those who don't know: The blue girl is an NPC (Non player character) created by the royale high developers. She only appears in private servers. The reason she exists is to ensure people aren't hacking/exploiting. For example: Diamond farming with exploits. No reason to be scared! She can't do anything :)
