Same problem faces in royal Enfield service center in chhattarpur..sach me bro bhout bekar hai...customer care me complaint krne pr bhi koi solution nhi milta..avhi tak 3 services me 8269rs laag gaye...frr bhi koi satisfied service nhi milta..paise lelo royal Enfield service toh achi dedo atleast..

They damaged my stock exhaust worth 30K due to incorrect padlock stand. This service center is based in New Delhi - Jhandewalan. These workers are the worst. The manager offered me painting of the exhaust but then the exhaust original matt finish will be compromised. Pathetic.

I stay in Navi Mumbai and use to do service in Ram motors Nerul, but I am really frustrated by there service...I doubt they take away your good parts and battery etc. and rplace the same with old parts...because after service 8 days my battery was completely off and ABS was completely out of order...that is the biggest disadvantage of RE the bike are good but the service stations are worst...I advise everyone better go for honda than RE...I am also shifting to Honda😢

They most of the times charge for chain lubing, & still do not do the lubing. I have faced the same issue regarding clutch assembly for my bullet ….. Their service is not good. Have done 4 free services, however only the 2nd service was good experience. Rest all pretty below average 👎

mujhe lagta hai, RE ke sabhi workshop par ghatiya service milti hai, Ahmedabad me mera bhi bad experience hua hai. bhai ab to video banao k RE ki after sale service ghatiya hai to please RE ki koi bhi bike na kharide. Agar kharid li hai to service ke baad ek link aata hai feedback ke liye usme 0 rating dene par follow up ka call aata hai, use sab kuch batao. Aur pickup and drop ke liye bhi unko bolo. woh log ko aana hi padega. nahi to uske customer care ko email karo. ye process jab sabhi log karenge tab shayad unki neend khulegi.

I recently bought classic 350 and rear wheel hub is bend they dont take responsibility for wheel hub and said its normal in every bike no any technical explanation i just mailed and said concern about my bike and life due to whell hub bend if anything happens who's responsible after that complain i got call at service centre and they requested for closing complain and trust us we will fix it anyway just close complaint 😂 i just said no to him why i should close complaint thay just making loops like kal aao next week aao ghumate hai btw that service center is in ahemdabad.

Bhai all India yahi scam chal Raha hai. Meri bike jis problem ke liye service centre le Gaya wo problem solve Hui nahi bas basic servicing kare Kam nipta diya. Main problem wahi ki wahi.. Pimpri -chinchwad, Baner, wakad tino service centre me bad experience raha .

Sardar ji, nice video. My bikes clutch cable broke in the middle of the road. When I went to the service center to buy a new cable, they refused to sell it to me. They said I have to bring the bike to them. This is unacceptable!

Bhai sari service centre pe sayad yhi haal h, I am from Bhiwani Haryana, i baught new Signals 350 , here they even don't know how to fix rear disc brakes and even they made my bike from bad to worst 😂, I thought I may found something good about any service centre on KZbin but 😂😂😂 no problem from today onwards I decided to maintain my bike myself, One more thing I also complained about them but I got a reply to go there again and get my issue resolved, I don't know about there intelligence that how they can solve my problem second time if thed didn't in first time 😂😂 worst service centre so far
