Queen Naija, you need to replace those frying pans. You can’t use metal on Teflon and it’s flaking off into your food. For the health of your family you need to replace those pans. If you’re going to use a fork on the pan like that (it breaks my heart to see you abusing your pans and your health) you need to get better quality non stick pans that are made for metal utensils.
