SWISS ROLL POLKADOT
Bahan2:
- 55 ml susu UHT
- 45 ml minyak sayur
- 4 butir kuning telur
- 60 gr tepung terigu
- 1/2 sdt vanili essence
- pasta coklat secukupnya
Bahan Maringue:
- 4 butir putih telur
- 50 gr gula pasir butir halus
- 1 sdm perasan air jeruk lemon atau nipis
NB:👉🏻 loyang saya gunakan 25x30 bisa juga gunakan loyang Roll cake UK 24x28cm
👉🏻 motif polkadot pada baking paper saya buat sendiri saya gambar menggunakan koin 100 rupiah klw mau di print boleh saya cari motif polkadot di google
👉🏻 setelah di gulung masukkan dulu Swiss Roll dalam kulkas biar set, paling enak dimakan dlm kondisi dingin..
👉🏻 saya panggang suhu 170 derajat api atas bawah kurang lebih 20 hingga 25 menit atau sesuaikan oven masing2

Iya bun pake otang memang sedikit triki karna tdk ada api atas biasanya u mengeringkan kulit bagian atas sepuluh menit terakhir roll cake di taruh di rak plng atas biar kulitnya bisa kering sempurna,tapi balik lagi harus banyak trial Dan kenali karakter oven masing2 🙏🏻

Boleh juga mba langsung di timpah,tadinya saya takut motif polkadot nya rusak klw langsung saya timpa jadi adonan coklat saya masukkan kedalam kantong segitiga 🙏🏻

Klw swiss roll type cake yg tdk padat kak dia seperti chiffon kempus2 jadi klw droll tdk akan terlalu tebal seperti roll cake pada umumnya,untuk uk loyang 24x24cm masih bisa di gunakan kak🙏🏻

SWISS ROLL POLKA DOTS Ingredients2: - 55 ml UHT milk - 45 ml vegetable oil - 4 egg yolks - 60 gr wheat flour - 1/2 tsp vanilla essence - enough chocolate paste Maringue Ingredients: - 4 egg whites - 50 gr fine granulated sugar - 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice NB:👉🏻 I used a 25x30 baking pan, you can also use a 24x28cm UK Roll cake tin 👉🏻 I made the polka dot motif on the baking paper myself, I drew it using a 100 Rupiah coin. If I want to print it, I can search for the polka dot motif on Google 👉🏻 after rolling, put the Swiss Roll in the refrigerator first to set, it's best eaten cold.. 👉🏻 I bake at 170 degrees, top and bottom, approximately 20 to 25 minutes or adjust your oven accordingly.

Pake kok bun klw semisal telur yg saya gunakan tdk begitu fresh pasti saya menggunakan SP u meminimalisir tingkat kegagalan, kecuali membuat cake yg kuning Dan putih telurnya dipisah tdk perlu menggunakan emulsi 🙏🏻

Bisa di gambar dulu motif nya mba di kertas roti atau baking paper tapi klw sdh yakin bisa langsung aja spuit adonan u motif diatas baking papernya

Waktu ngoven motif nya pake suhu brp kk? Trus ini kue nya tahan brp lama di kulkas?

Pake suhu 150 derajat sebentar aja sekitar 1 menitan, tahan 3-4 hari dlm kulkas 🙏🏻
