It’s really seem like the only way for Pure Vanilla to gain his Awakened form is for him to simply accept the hard to swallow pill that truth can’t always make everyone happy. His whole ideal with truth might seems hopeful and dream-like but that is as much as is can goes, it is in fact unrealistic. (Also, he really needs to be open about his struggle and can’t just keep them all to himself. After all, he is the same person who said “Hardships are meant to be share”!)
