I understand that most audiences don’t like Sadaf’s character, but unfortunately, in real life, there are many people who, without truly understanding what love is, make decisions like marrying the wrong person while dealing with endless confusion and inner turmoil, only to regret it for the rest of their lives. Despite Hamsa’s relentless brainwashing and manipulations, Sadaf eventually realized on her own that her perception of Bilal was completely wrong. She would often stare at Bilal, trying to understand him, her face reflecting her internal conflict, as if she was fighting a war within herself to not fall for him. There was even a dialogue where she said: "Hum ne pehle hi soch lia tha ki kuch bhi ho jaye hum usse nafrat karenge" ("I had already decided that no matter what happens, I will hate him.") Before the wedding, when Sadaf dreamt of her father and saw that he wasn’t happy, she felt she had made a wrong decision. She confided this to Bilal, perhaps hoping he would tell her that marrying him wasn’t the right choice. But Bilal, knowing how her father couldn’t even tolerate hearing his daughter’s name from him, believed Sadaf’s father would never want this marriage to happen. Considering his love for Sadaf a mistake, Bilal told her, "You and I deserve each other." Despite her heart's reluctance, Sadaf agreed to marry Bilal. But even after the wedding, her gaze seemed to be stuck on him. When Bilal was leaving, Sadaf was silently staring at him. Her behavior after the wedding also revealed that she felt she had made a mistake. Sadaf did have feelings for Bilal, but she never allowed herself to acknowledge or embrace those emotions. She forced herself to hate him. However, by the time that hatred faded, she had already committed herself to Ammar. I know Sadaf’s character has a lot of flaws. If her character had been written with a little more depth and care, perhaps the audience could have better understood her internal struggles.
