After I made this I realized that the riff at 0:43 is very similar to the verse breakdown riff in my other song Clarity but I actually thought this version of the riff hit harder and it is a little different as well so I left it. Lately its been getting harder and harder to come up with completely original riffs that don't sound like anything else in my discography. Honestly writing has been challenging in general lately, I have 500+ royalty free tracks at this point and it's feeling tough to not create songs that feel redundant. I'm just going to keep doing what I do and as long as I don't accidentally rip off other bands, that's the only thing that is really important to me. If I create riffs that sound similar, it is what it is. It's bound to happen at some point.

I understand what you mean, but I wouldn't worry about it much. Bands "copy" each other alot without meaning to I think. Your stuff sounds amazing and THAT is what matters!
