Great to hear your story! You didnt mention Jesse. He was always a fun part of the beginning of Royalty. Its hard to sum it all up but sharing the supercar experience with people who would never get that opportunity anywhere else was the amazing thing Royalty provided. The way you keep the cars clean and serviced was also something new. There were other car rental places but most of there cars were so beat up. Unlimited miles makes the experience worry free and exciting knowing you can go where you want. The expansions of the buildings over the years has also made the brand very cool! The car shows and cars placed around the city and at airport also really opened peoples eyes. Congrats to a great journey! I think your partner got a great deal for his investment in the company!

Houston, ever consider Royalty Shipping & Transport Company !. From seeing how unsatisfied everyone is when shipping cars with transport companies who are always late, incur BS costs, damage vehicle, people thirst for a reliable safe shipping company to transport their vehicles. And the market is FAR from saturated which is why even the absolutely terrible companies do not care one bit, they have endless clients and stay in business, It would be excellent business for your field. Royalty transport and shipping company ftw.

Anyone with a back injury it is very hard to get a job. [From Experience] I 1st injured my back in 1978 when I fell the top of a loaded truck. Over the next 22 years I found low end jobs, but I had hide the fact that I had an acquired back injury. Main reason I did that was that I had 2 options work OR pension. Pension wasn't a reasonable option.

Man i have been following your growth for a little while now and it just dawned on me.. im at College of Southern Nevada right now for Aviation to he a commercial helicopter pilot! Im 34 and was director of sales at Tesla, started my own solar company in vegas and would recruit and train armys of hungry sales gius to do door to door or telemarketing sales all over Vegas and the south west! Im not gonna lie, i was good. But after 12 years in it, i realized how toxic the peodple around me were with their limiting beliefs to every idea i ever had. But thank god i woke up to it because now i flipped my whole life upside down and start over from the beginning again! Single, nore toxix people and waking up every morning excited for each dat cause i will be finally get my drewm of flying!! When you started talking about Aviation, the next 5years just flashed in my eyes and its coming to work for you. Ill volunteer or intern whole im still at CSN and just clean the shop at night or something and eventually get to work with your pilots snd mechanics and you to just soak up as much knowledge as possible🎉4! Then after a couple more semesters, ill have my private, commercial and instrument ratings/certifications to hopefully fly for you guys! Until then, im just a fan motivated by your videos! -Scott H

What a great story of Houston going from O to Hero with his business plan. And how it all got started with just a couple of exotic cars and some scooters. Making some good and bad decisions along the way. That can happen when anyone who starts a new business opportunity. What I want to know is, how did Houston come up with the name for his exotic rental car company? Royalty Exotic Cars had to come from somewhere along the way. During all the ups and downs I would think that it might have came from being one of the best places to rent a exotic car. Royalty Exotic Cars just seems like the perfect name for such a successful business!!!

I did the same thing in 2009. I bought a Ferrari F355 Spyder 6SP, and i wanted to drive it for free. I bought it. Maintained it, Carefully chose who i rented it too as well as drove it myself. I was able to get the car for 52K than rent it out for $500 a day or $900 Two days and each additional day $300. I only had to pay a car payment on it Three times in my 29 Months of ownership. I than sold the car for 57k. I never lost any money or had any wrecks or damage there was a lot of stuff that i had to do to keep the car going as it had issues at times.

I still remembered when I asked Houston for a small joy ride in the Mansory Bugatti at his first car show and he was hesitant at first but he said, hop in. The best few minutes of life, still til this day. No car can come close to the amount of power that car has when you're at full throttle. That's still my favorite spec Bugatti.
