An eel bowl in my opinion almost top 3 of items at a Japanese spot. The eel is almost like buttery melt in your mouth.

Ginger is good ur just supposed to have a small piece to clear palate between different flavors. Not meant to eat a big gulp at once.

There is zero gluten in rice. It’s a protein found in certain cereal grains (most notably wheat), but not rice.

Rice is not low carb. White rice is actually virtually pure carbs. I love it. All grain proteins are technically gluten, but when people say they're allergic to gluten they really mean specifically wheat. I don't know why people say they're allergic or intolerant of gluten. Why not just say you're allergic to wheat?! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Soap and taco seasoning are a bad combination. Beef and rice, scallions in the eel bowl are delicious. I never tried eating salmon skins. You could buy a side of crab ragoons.
