As a child of the 80s, this place was legendary for me. Back then, it was about 95% arcade games. Nearly none of the later “kiddie crap rides” that later invaded as home consoles caught up to arcade machines-resulting in an ever-shrinking arcade space. And back in the 80s, their arcade spaces were absolutely enormous. Ah, it was a glorious time. But even way back then, I don’t remember their food being a highlight of the visit. 🤣

Nothing like a classic frozen pizza. It’s a meal when it’s cold out or a quick meal when too busy to cook. Either way frozen pizzas make me feel warm inside and overwhelmed with nostalgia, especially Chucky Cheese. I miss the classic style arcade so much. There aren’t many still standing. With ultra high def consoles and PC’s we’ve gained and lost so much. Oh the past I miss indefinitely.

Home Run Inn is my absolute favorite frozen pizza of all time, hands down. Have you ever tried it Royce? If not, you definitely gotta review it! Also, if you can find a frozen “Vito And Nick’s II” (extra thin crust), or a frozen Gino’s East (deep dish), you absolutely gotta try those as well...they’re definitely hitters in the game.

@@PunmasterSTP yep I’d say give it a shot, the sausage and uncured pepperoni “classic pizza” is my go-to..the crust is always perfect on it. Also, if you happen to have a pellet grill/smoker, that’s probably THE best way to cook it (using the same time/temp as a regular oven)..the oven is fine..but the smoke flavor that gets imparted onto it really adds another dimension to it.

@@PunmasterSTP well, it’s still a pretty great frozen pizza if you don’t have a grill/smoker.. So I’d say try it out that way first..and then if you ever get the chance to use a smoker..you can compare and contrast the flavors after the fact..

I took one of my kids to a Chuck E Cheese a year or two ago. No animatronics, no playscape, and not that many arcade games (and some were broken). It was pretty sad.

Royce you did it once again you took us down to memory lane. I remember Chuck E Cheese in the 2000 i surprised to know they are retiring their animatronics and I little disappointed but at the same time I not worried about it because I grow up out of my childhood.. I think the pizza is delicious and you greatest value's parmesan cheese. Royce, I don't blame you. They would have to do background check on a person like me for the job.
