THEY SHOULD PROVIDE SCHEMATICS DIAGRAMS , EACH MONITOR TOUCH PANEL SOFTWARE TO THE RELEVANT COUNTRY AGENTS, ALSO THEY SHOULD PROVIDE PU MATERIALED CUFFS FOR THE MONITORS
