Ho bro. I am a big fan and love cooking myself. Have a tip. My wife is Sindhi, and they make wonderful Rohu Fish. The most important ingredient in this fish is KASURI METHI. It just changes the taste. Half while cooking and rest while finishing. I am sure you will love the twist. This is the only fish that i relish.
