Hello, I have a Test Lab that doesn't have any internet. OWA Connection from my Windows Client works perfectly (I can access my mailbox). But when I try to sign in to my mailbax on the Outlook App, this message appears: "The Connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action." Do you know what the problem could be?

The Outlook RPC Self Test was successfull so I don't understand what the problem is. Could it have something to do with the authentication?

I still don't understand the positive effect of having mapi over https instead of RPC over http? Is Outlook connections are safer and faster this way or what is the real deal here? thank you

I have a fresh install of exchange 2019. I followed your configuration instructions and I get the below error when testing: [PS] C:\Windows\system32>Test-OutlookConnectivity -ProbeIdentity Outlook.protocol\OutlookRPCSelfTestProbe WARNING: Failed Probe Result Details: Error: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. Exception: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetResponse(IAsyncResult asyncResult) at Microsoft.Exchange.RpcClientAccess.Monitoring.VerifyRpcProxyClient.VerifyRpcProxyContext.OnEnd(IAsyncResult asyncResult) at Microsoft.Exchange.RpcClientAccess.Monitoring.ClientCallContext`1.InternalEnd(IAsyncResult asyncResult) Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?
