Suarez was biggest win chaser cop, basically every criminal hated him. He was good but he went trihard always so he was hated. Then he got fired in 4.0 and became a getaway driver for criminals for like 2 months. Didnt get caught once. Then CG started calling him for getaways and he was one of the main characters of CG. Been going uphill since.

breaking cuffs is SO BAD on this server, that shit needs reworked

There's a bug too where even if you break cuffs it'll still cuff you. The reason its doing it is because the office is spamming the "cuff" option on his side. So even if you brake the cuff it hard cuffs you bc the person is spamming the cuff option. It's been happening a lot. It's already hard to brake cuffs plus the bug now too.

I'm not sure what the rules are but it is so stupid that a cop can't just force you to stay in one spot. It's the most ridiculous thing ever that you're just able to walk around freely after being arrested

I used to love watching this stuff... and I kind of still do, but let's be real. The cops just let these guys do whatever they want. There is only the illusion that they are being chased or in danger, or actually playing some real game. I get it's about the RP, but I'd like to watch these people actually accomplish a heist instead of being handed it cops who don't do shit.
