Great stuff, but let me ask you, if I roll an 11 inn fortune, than means I have 0 luck points, so, every long rest I have to roll on the bad luck table?

You roll on the bad luck table at 0 Fortune Points. The are a pool of points that can be spent to alter specific rolls. The Fortune section explains it all
