Hi John! Great stuff, as usual. Quick suggestion: you should talk about your new Substack (and Podcast adress) during your show. I discovered it a bit by accident and was happy to do so, but it happened only recently and I could have missed it entirely! I love following what you do but cannot if I don't know about it, and I'm sure there are people out there that were not as lucky as I was. Cheers!

They took our jobs! GM's everywhere in a few more years.

LOL I doubt it'll replace GMs since it seems in my-admittedly limited-experience solo play would be a different type of experience/fun, but I think it's a good option if you want to scratch that RPG itch but haven't got a group available 🙂👍

I play solo RPGs a lot, but even players of traditional TTRPGs can get something out of Mythic. 1. When testing a new scenario you plan to run as GM. It allows you to see if there are kinks that need to be ironed out. 2. When you're learning a new ruleset or edition. Hands on experience is a better teacher, but you don't always have someone to help you before you go to your game session. Running the game with Mythic by yourself familiarizes you with the common rolls and combat so you have a base of experience.
