UPDATE: Gunslinger's Brand is fantastic against bosses but I didn't know how to use it properly in 1v1 situations. Here is how to do it. Hold down Gunslinger Brand button like you would every time and then keep clicking left mouse button on boss while holding Gunslinger's Brand. It is gonna empty the clip, doing massive damage. Thx to GrumbleGrim for pointing it out.

hey RPG Division, how come i'm on version 1.0.4.0_ER, exact same as you, but my passive tree is totally different? I don't have Alastor, instead Duskglaive. Could you expain? Edit: Nevermind, didnt know you can spin the wheel

dual pistols has a hidden damage reduction modifier, you'll hit much harder by taking a pistol off

you're much better off running pistol/catalyst

But you attack twice as fast with auto attacks

the hidden damage reduction applies to your skills like gunslinger, you pick up some extra attack speed on auto attacks but hurt your overall damage output

Does this still work with patch 1.0.6.0? Heard something happened to Dodge or Passive Dodge that makes you take a lot more damage.

I should probably just check it myself (never had two decent guns at the same time), but how does dual wielding affect skill usage, like Gunslinger's Brand? As opposed to one gun and a magic offhand for instance.

Well I made this build yesterday but my willpower is full all the time so I need drink rage potion all the time, is that right? Before this build I made one that transfers willpower to rage, fury something...

Does archeons teaching lower ur damage with gunslinger brand since it seems to shoot 1 projectile still

Nope. From the testing ive done it stays the same

Really? How? I tried versus solo bosses even with last upgrade but dmg was bad. Versus bosses that are accompanied by many adds it is awesome, no doubt

@@rpgdivision While holding the button, keep spamming left click on the boss. It will unload everything into the boss for like 1800% dmg boost.

It depends, this game is an unpolished diamond. A lot depends on how the devs will form the game. I woould recommend the game, but its buggy.

No, its different. Right now Grim Dawn will keep you busy for a lot longer due to far more content.

As of right now, GrimDawn is better. Why? Well its been out like 2 years now, as opposed to this just now leaving early access/kickstarter. Its a bit unfair to compare the two given the huge time gap. Now if you need to get just 1 right now, go with Grim. Then a few months down the line, grab Wolcen as it should be amazing by then. Hopefully some Xpac content or something too, who knows.

Comparing Wolcen to Grim Dawn is like comparing a high school football team to a top ten NCAA team. Wolcen has some potential to be great in it's own right but it has a very long way to go at it's current rate.
