You need to be able to pay for your seat whether you have obtained merit or not . If the Pakistani government had such consideration for their own people, then Money would not become a factor and we can uplift those who are impoverished and bright. Your Pakistani government only knows how to fill their own pockets and follow the western trends of the Kaafirs , ignoring their own culture and sense of Morality. Foreign graduates leave their countries and return for the betterment of their native societies, whereas in Pakistan the foreign graduates are discriminated upon.
