Today’s video is about RPWD Act 2016 in hindi (Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016). This Act is based on the rights of the Person with Disabilities. In the year 2016, the new Act RPWD Act 2016 was implemented by replacing the previous PWD Act 1995 in which their rights for the empowerment of Divyang are discussed. In this act, 7 types of disabilities have been increased to 21 types of disabilities, including Acid Attack Victims.

साहेब मी स्वता 80% दिव्यांग आहे माझे वय 76 वर्षाचे आहे. दिव्यांग व्यक्तीला जगण्यासाठी कोठ कोठल्या कठीण स्थरातून जावे लागते, हे मी अनुभविले आहे. आपले आपगत्व सांभाळून आपल्या न्याय मागण्यासाठी कुठे जावे हा मोठा प्रश्न आहे . मंत्रालयात दिव्यांग व्यक्ती साठी स्वतंत्र मंत्रालय हवे व पदावर असणाऱ्या मंत्र्याना अपंगांना काय यातना असतात ह्याची जाण असावयास हवी, तसेच कार्यालयात काम करणाऱ्या व्यक्ति ही तशाच हव्यात. तसेच न्याय व्यवस्थे मध्ये ही फार मोठी सुधारणा होणे आवश्यक आहे. दिव्यांग व्यक्तीस स्वतःला सांभाळून स्वकीयांच्या मदतीने वर्षानु वर्षे कोर्टाच्या खेटा घालणे हे किती त्रासदायक व अवघड आहे हे सरकारला समजले नाही, म्हणून एक साधी बाब अपंग व्यक्तींसाठी प्रत्येक कोर्टात अपंगांची कोर्ट केसची वेगळी यादी असावी, ज्यामुळे त्यांच्या केसेस चा निपटारा त्वरित प्रभावाने होईल. व त्यांना त्वरित न्याय मिळेल. वारिष्ट नागरिकांची वेगळी यादी असते असे मी आपल्या वकिलास ते सांगितले तर ते उत्तर देतात , साहेब आपण एकच वारिष्ट नाही आपल्या सारखे कितीतरी वारिष्ट नागरिक माझे क्लायंट लाइनमध्ये आहेत, माझ्या कडे तर एक 90 वर्षाचा क्लायंट आहे व तोही वाट पाहत आहे, हे माझ्या बाबती घडले आहे., माझ्या विरुद्ध पार्टीने बॉम्बे हायकोर्टात २०१२ ला मला मानसिक, शारीरिक, आर्थिक त्रास होण्यासाठी, अपील दाखल केले आहे, गेल्या 7 वर्षा पासून एकदाही माझी केस बोर्डावर सुनावणी साठी आली नाही, शेवटी कंटाळून मी माझी केस काढून परत मूळ कोर्टात पाठविण्यासाठी बॉम्बे हायकोर्टात अर्ज केला त्यालाही 3 वर्षे झालीत असे एकंदर 10 वर्षे झालीत, अजून एकदाही माझी केस सुनावणीसाठी बोर्डावर आली नाही, त्यातही माझी दोन वेळा हृदयाची बायपास सर्जरी झाली असून, एक अँन्जोप्लास्टी झाली आहे व पेस मेकर बसविलेला आहे. आशा दिव्यांग व्यक्तीस त्वरित प्रभावाने कसा न्याय मिळेल त्यासाठी कोर्टात अपंगांच्या केसेस ची वेगळी यादी हवी व प्राधान्याने त्यांच्या केसेस सुनावणीस घेऊन त्यांना न्याय द्यावा. आमच्या व्यथा/त्रास/अडचणी आयकुन केस सोडविणारी वेगळे मंत्रालय झाले की जिथे आम्ही आमच्या व्यथा ऐकून त्वरित न्याय मिळण्याची सोय होईल . मला नाही तर निदान माझ्या इतर बांधवांना भविष्यात न्याय मिळेल. राजकारणातील इतर व्यक्तिनिहि ह्याची दाखल घ्यावी, आपल्या हातातील सत्तेने आपण किती विधायक कार्य करू शकतो ह्याची कल्पना त्यांना यायला हवी . तरच आपला देश सुधारेल, फक्त दिव्यांग कायदा काढून काही उपयोग नाही त्याची अमलबजावणी होते किंवा नाही हे ही बघणे गरजेचे आहे. जेथे हॉस्पिटल मध्ये दिव्यांगांना UDID सर्टिफिकेट व ID देण्याचे काम होते तेथे त्यांच्या साठी वेगळी खिडकी नसते त्यांना नेहमी वारंवार बोलविले जाते, असेही पाहण्यात आले की एक अंध व्यक्ति दुसऱ्या अपंग व्यक्तीच्या खांद्यावर हात ठेऊन हॉस्पिटल मध्ये चकार मारताना दिसतात. त्यातही त्या व्यक्ति कमी शिकलेल्या किंवा अशिक्षित असतील तर त्यांचे हाल विचारायलातच नकोत. अशिक्षित दिव्यांग व्यक्तिना सरकारी योजना काय आहेत ह्याची माहितीही नसते, कुठे व कसा अर्ज करावा हे ही माहीत नसते त्याची सोय सरकारने करावयास हवी. अजूनही सांगण्या सारखे खूप आहे परंतु सध्या येथेच थांबतो, बघू या सरकारचे डोळे कधी उघडतात ते, जय श्री. राम, धन्यवाद

It is very good but if you will explain about Divyang persons rights and facilities from Government end then you have to explain in clear way with act & section for which facilities Divyang persons can apply where under which act & section at department or office of his town & village because their is lots or schemes & facilities in RPWD act & most of Divyang persons are not educated so they need to know for which facilities under which act on which form & how & whom he can apply & submit his necessary documents for any facilities then only Divyang persons can get their rights and facilities in easy way l hope you will reply soon in detail .

प्रत्येक जिल्हे मे विशेष अदालत होनी चाहीए , माराष्ट्र मे 11 जिल्हे चुनके बहुत साल हूं अबतक खाली पुना और एक दोही हुंए वो भी कैसे चलाटे मालूम नाही , हायकोर्ट केसेस भी चलेगे या नही मालूम नही , खाली घोषणा बाजिसे प नाही भरता सारकरकी मतपेटी और पेट भारती है.

Jbki pwd others ka cut off 98 gya tha or mere marks 166 hai. Or dv b ho chuka h lakin ab mere se is tareeke se kaha ja rha hai me kya kru. Me bht prsn hu mere pas koi chara b ni h ab aage kch. Sir maine ssc chsl 2018 ka form fill kia tha ab mere sth ssc ase kr rhi h.
