This is the reason I prefer the Rowdyruff boys from the cartoon, they’re gross but not AS GROSS as the RRB Z. In episodes like “bubble boy” and “boy toys” they were just having fun around town and not trying to harass the powerpuff girls at all (because what the HELL was that skirt lift?!), and if we consider the flashback from the closet episode somewhat canon then they most definitely calmed down and stopped trying to destroy the ppgs.

This was a great video and I love both versions of this show but, what I don't get is why hide it when the girls get their skirts flipped by the RRB? I mean we basically see what's under their skirts everytime they transform, I know the girls are underaged minors,(their all 13 years old in this) and this is an anime show but still why hide it when they show us when they transform?🤔 To ease your suspensions, when they transform first their normal clothes are replaced by their uniforms, (which looks like their wearing bikini's, hence my question to this video) then they dance around abit, say their names, (twice) then their vests/jackets appear, then their skirts appear, then their earrings and neck cokers appear, and if it's a group transformation they say their group name and finish up with a cool pose.
