@@GajenderGuidance most of the people only see that u got ur own state but the reality of gramin banks is very dark..u have to compete with big nationalised banks in ur locality but u have not much service to provide to customers ..apart from this u get unachievable targets of pmjby pmsby and apy where u are forced to do this in wrong way ..without customer consent ...apart from this if u ar officer ar branch manager u have to be in field all day for npa reduction ...and u r forced to achieve target any how ...u came to branch in the evening then do all the brach related work ..and customer grievances...mujhe kaamo se koi prblm ni h but aap utna perks to dijiye jo baki banko me मिलता h jb compete unse krna h
