Fiel is being over sensitive. Dude, it's not just RRQ. It's whole league same with mpl my. PH has done it. SRG has done it. They trusted the process. Veenus is not even saying anything bad. He gives a fair constructive criticism. PH simply don't care about their imports going out. They can always produce talents despite having much smaller talents pool compared to indo. Because they have the right system. They know how to define and redefine their problems. Focus on that. Don't get ph imports because you want them to be the 'key' to win games. Make them part of the system. SRG built a system that compliments all 5 players and even the coaching staffs. In terms of "Trust The Process" yeah i can agree that something needs to be taking from every teams but we as viewers/supporters also needs that as well bc the concept of "Trust The Process" is actually the effort of the duration of time and energy. Some teams can adapt it really fast and some really slow and it depends on the teams it self. Bc if you trust them by giving a enough of time and keep support them in positively the can achieve an impossible. Like SRG bc it took some times to trust Acadia decision to get Kramm and Innocent and they actually take like few months before MPL started to build the chemistry among the members. Other examples is Homebois (Ik People hate them but it's also a good example too) they went through a lot like this and that and then look even though their out at their Quarter Final in Playoffs but still they took a long way to get top 10 in MSC which is pretty impressive. Why did they got better? because ph imports understood the game better and played against the best of the best and they implemented that knowledge to the teams all around the world. Sadly, Fiel was only talking about RRQ. He could have criticized Veenus a lot bc there are a lot of bad points. Fact is that most of PH imports were average( Dlar, Markyy, Jaanaqt, Irrad, Brusco, Vren, Yawi, Lord JM, Jeymz) thats why they got rejected. And most of them were multiple seasons in ID so the argument that they dont get enough time is invalid. Veenus wasnt talking about successful immports( Kairi, Yeb, Baloy, Emman) that were a good upgreat to their team( Onic 4 times back 2 back, Geek from the worst teams to one of the best with M5, BTR last Season the strongest team). I don't know who this FIEL guy is but everything he said screams Failed and Failure.. Trusting the Process doesn't mean keeping 1 or 2 core players for a long tome. It means the owners trusting the coaching staff, giving them enough time to implement their strategy, trusting the coaches and analysts, backing and giving them full control over team selection, and having full confidence in their ability to develop a new define team Identity, strategy and tactics that every player on the roster is comfortable implementing effectively during ther matches. The biggest difference between Indo and PH is not how many players stay in a team for many years. It is how the team owners of PH and Indo deals with coaches. In PH, team owners trust their coaches and analysts. In Indo, team owners trust thier players more...but in professional tournament, the team with better more stable coaches will almost always win. That's what trusting the process means in PH. But in Indi trusting the process means keeping 1 or 2 players for long time and playing according to their play style. That's why Indo teams changes coaches a lot and no team except ONIC ID have well defined team Identity or team Strategy. I think veenus hasnt mentionned RRQ in particular. The statement of Veenus is true and false at the same time because GEEK actually kept Baloy since S10 even though he got 8th place. But he stayed longer and was able to brong GEEK to M5 and transform the worst team into one of the best in MPL ID. Onic also kept Kairi since S10. Dlar didnt worked even though he was 3 seasons in EVOS, Emman is a successful import, Irrad, Vren and Brusco were average the 1st season and VREN was absent. Yawi is not over 1 season in TLID but a rookie seems to perfoem better than him. Markyy got outperformed by Saken in S 11 and by Cadera in S 12. So the statement of Veenus that ID teams are not patient enough is actually false, PH imports( most of them) were average.
