@@junagcaoili295 Yes you can open a TFSA as long as you have a SIN number. Sa RRSP naman po is SIN number din and dapat you already filed an income tax return here in Canada to be eligible to open this account.

Hello po, new subscriber here and 1 year palang po sa Canada ‘minimum wager palang. nagstart na po kasi ako maghulog ng RRSP para po makapag ipon para sa planong pangdown in the future. Kailangan ko po bang sabihin sa agent na gagamitin ko sya for first time home buyer or automatic po sya na pwedeng gamitin for downpayment for first time home buyer?

If 1 year palang po kayo dito and a minimum wager po, RRSP may not be the best account for you just yet. Watch my videos po about FHSA and TFSA, they may make more sense to you. You can use your RRSP for HBP when the time comes na ready na kayo bumili ng bahay, nothing to do right now.

Hi Shiela, pwedi mo ba I content ang CPP? Q? Kung PR lang ba pwedi itong makuha kung sa Pilipinas na maninirahan after 60 yrs. Old? At paano ang dapat gawin???
