Haldiram's packaging was much better considering the price point they operate at. Taj being a luxury hotel should've been thoughtful and use alternate sustainable packaging options like ITC or Marriott. On the other hand, Taj used ladi pavs as their bread option.. same style of buns being used in Vada pavs originally and Haldiram used burger buns as pavs. Great video btw Nikhil !
