Taste & quality were fantastic and you'll get high number of orders during this weekend, all thanks to bhookha saand but whats next? Most of the outlets serves good & quality food here in this area, you'd need to stand out. In order to stand out pls use target marketing. You'd need to market your rolls to attract school/college goers of newrby areas. I'd seriously advise youbto open your outlet for rolls and similar pocket friendly items from 11 to 3 And in the evening target your foodies + carobar ppl with your USP items like handmade kebab+kalmi+tandoor+afghani Also, to really make your mark your presence in this market I'd urge you to do a pilot of 1-2 monthd with tandoor mutton tikka... Nobody serves it here Loved your fresh pyaaz and ginger heavy chutney... Do some innovation in this segment as well, west delhi os mad for chutney pyaaz. Try introducing tandoor pyaaz with light coated pyaaz lightly cooked big pieces of pyaaz in tandoor or something else. Start charging for such items going fwd may be 10 rs. PS- You're using high quality tissues.. Feel free to cut cost by using a lower quality one.. Also, you'd need to cut down your price on kulhad chicken. Tandoor tangdi in this area is easily availabe @ Rs 50/pc.. See if you can offer it @ 100 Good luck
