Bro , idk whether you see my comment or not . I wanna know if there is any possibility for filing a case against a mobile repairing shop. I had given my phone to one shop wich is very famous among keralites now . The problem of my phone before giving them was the bend on my phone . They told they'll easily repair them and will fix the issue by changing the frame .They told me the price is 1200 . Then they told me that I might face some difficulties like there will be some possibilities for the display to be detached from the frame , and you might be seeing the backlight of the display . And they added like "if you wanna fix this issue you want to add a gum of Rs 600 , we'll be pasting it and there will be no issues later ".So the total amount for the work is Rs -1800. Then after the repair I was utterly disappointed. Soon after i came home i found so many mistakes that they have done to my phone wich was unacceptable. When i was leaving the shop they told me that the sound of the speaker is vibrating because of the cello tap that they have sticked .And also told me that after removing it youll get to hear the old Sound without any vibration. after removing the tap also the sound was the same, Wich is the worst thing i have faced. After repairing also the entire backlight of the display wich they told me that they will solve it with 600 rupees Gum was totally visible . The censor was also damaged due to that i can not play a whatsapp video in speaker mode. There where some damage on the body , wich seem to be compressed on the body. The display is also seemed to be not pasted very well and when i press on the screen it seems like display going inside .
