Na real cons solren 1) suzuki cars vida idhula pickup commi dhan ana 3 cylinder engines mari romba bad ila 2) rear seat 3 people can sit only if they r little lean while in swift/dzire it it is little more spacious 3) safety is not as good as tata or honda or vw but better than suzuki Pros 1) plush premium interiors with good quality plastic 2) service support is good and cost effective... infact sometimes cheaper than suzuki (free service is extended upto 2 yrs bcoz of long intervals, other companies finish their free services in 1st yr itself) 3) stable in 120 plus speeds than suzuki cars 4) super soft clutch and gear shifts, steering perfect revert back makes city drive a cakewalk even in manual gear car.

Riding a i10 nios for almost 3 years now. No complaints. The service is good and the car is excellent. I drive from Chennai to blore twice a month. I owned an Indica 4-5 years back and I didnt want to go to Tata after that. Maybe things have improved now with the new cars. Do not mistake safety for more metal. At high speeds, none of that matters.

Thanks for this video. Each and everyday I regret buying TATA Tiago. I don’t understand why safety is overrated for TATA products. Everything depends on how we drive. I’ve seen many people killed in accidents of 5 star rated cars and many people have also survived the accidents of driving non air bag cars. Safety is just a gimmick as there is nothing good to offer in TATA cars…bad engine and the entire nation knows how bad the after sales service of TATA is. This car is no doubt the bang for the bucks we spend. For this price segment this will be the first no doubt.

Most new car buyers definitely think about tata cars at least once bcoz of their build quality however what scares them away are unpredictable after sales service, three cylinder engines and poor fit and finish jobs. Hyundai is slightly better than maruti in build quality and in par with reference to after sales service, smooth engines and great fit and finish job. If Tata decides to source 4 cylinder engines and Maruti decides to improve the build quality then there will be a drastic change in the performance and price of their cars. It is the same for Hyundai too. They are competing in the less-than-10-Lakhs car segment which caters to middle class in India. Most of them do not like buying a car which will cost them a lot to maintain, has poor after sales service ratings, unreliable & less refined engines. They somehow consider safety as something that is more in their control.

Sir iam using this car since 1-10-2022 .. Completed 6000+ km.. This car with 3 rear passengers and co passenger with filled boot you can experience hard suspension.. Speed breakers like continues short breaker will cause rattle on dash board. U have to reduce nearly to 15 kmph speed to have a minimal rattle sound. Piano black Front grill is weak. It's broken having a crack without any hit.. I noticed when I wash the car myself. Side door having a stone sized dent that too happened without any hit.. Might have caused while riding and stone hit would ve caused this dent. Music system is too good to hear but car doors doesnot support.. Speaks cause bur sound at peak levels. Maintaining aqual teal is challenging. Dust won't go if u use duster, micro fiber cloth. Only water wash will clean ur car.. Back seaters will definetly cimplain if u drive faster and u encounter a sag on road. It gives a jerk .. Light vusibility with fog lamps it's nearly ok. But it should have even better to night riding.. Metal is so thin..U can hear sand rolling under chasis clearly. Top roof if u press it goes in. Metal should ve been better.. This car is designed to the value of 4 to 5 lakh but additions like taxes it reaches around 8 lakhs. On build basis it fits close to 4-5 lakhs but we are paying additions and we speak I paid 8 lakhs and i got dubba car.. But manufaturer spent 4-5 lakhs only.. This is reality as I observe..

A lot of people are happy with the 3 cylinder engine performance. Tiago performance is more than enough for people like me and I'm not a Racer who drives at high speed most of the time. It's an Underrated engine and not as bad as some say. Decent performance and great mileage with better Steel quality are more than enough. Tiago is the best choice. I'm impressed so far.

Kia Sonet is costly, if ground clearance is your priority then in hatchback budget Tiago has good ground clearance .If your budget is higher then Venue or Nexon

Ground clearance not a big issue u can go for it...15 inch wheels never hit the road and 14 inch may scratch a bit in big speed breakers that's not a problem though.

nios is better triber comes with 3 cylinder 999 cc engine less power if your budget allows go with ertiga for 7 seater. with 1500 cc 4 cylinder engine.

I'm really confused. My budget is a max of 8.5l on road. I'm looking for decent mileage say around 18kms in city. What car should I opt for. I looked at Nios and Tigor. But is there any other cars that would suit the criteria? I'm a first time buyer and don't have much experience on driving a car. Please suggest some good alternative

No car can give 18km in city. Suzuki gives the best mileage - no competition with Suzuki engines when it comes to mileage. But even they can't give 18. At your budget Swift can be an option - not much difference between Swift and nios, it is just slightly costlier and has less features compared to nios. But will give better mileage than hyundai engines. Safety wise - ya Tata is better, but no car can guarantee surviving a highway crash at 80+ kph. Instead of going after safety features, i think driving safely is important. I own nios btw. Because it offers better driving experience than Tata, and was cheaper than Swift, with more features.

Go with nios sports amt that's the better option with luxurious interior smooth engine with power 4 cylinder...you feel better on highways & its good on service station because everyone knows that hyundai gives superior service support & not like maruti,tata... then you have to compromise mileage it gives around 15km on AC and its purely very on your driving

​@@bharathkumar-be1tr Hyundai provides first 2 yearly services free of labour cost- first month service, 1 year/10k km service, 2 year/20k km services are free. For suzuki i think 3 services are after 1 month, 6 months and 1 year. So you need to pay for service starting at the end of 2nd year. Also when you browse through some resources online i10 nios is generally considered to be slightly low maintenance when compared with other competitors.

How about mileage. I heard it gives a mileage of 13-14kms in city ride. But Nios gives around 18kms in city and over 20kms in highway. But in this video he is saying that mileage is only 14kms. I'm really confused.

This is not the 1st time.. He is always doing the same with other TATA cars.. As a reviewer he doesn't want to price any brand cars at the same time he can ignore these kinds of things.. Spreading his own thoughts in the name of review. You can see his video Altroz vs I20. He used the same kind of thumbnail.. As a buyer everyone recejects one brand to select another brand. Is that guy rejected only Tiago? Everyone made a list before they bought a car and they will be shortlisted based on their convenience.

Great choice! i20 is any day a better product though it has the same Kappa engine like Nios(895 Kg) but i20 (1066 Kg) has better built and weight.
