I have follow all steps to upload the bootloader to the radio. I keep getting the msg saying " Please select one or several targets before! " . What didn't i do or what happened ? Pls. hellp

I have the orange button clone many call a bs 188 because that's the identifier for the screen display which is the only difference between the two clones of the mchf. However, the different screen required changes in the software to communicate with the screen thus what you used if tried on mine would brick the rig until one could reinstall the fitting software. I see too many horror stories of people wanting the latest new software might offer who have really mucked up the rig so I am staying with what came installed on the rig. Incidentally it does claim to be bootloader version 5.0.4 & firmware 2.13 and exactly what this means in terms of how recent I only have the clue given by the date: October 9, 2021. If anyone has more info on my version of the mchf clone please chip in.

I just got one of these radios. The firmware that came with this radio is 2.13.0 which appears to be newer than the latest one on the UHSDR download page, 2.12.2, which is dated 2021. I did a search for later versions and found a Russian video demonstrating 2.14.0 but no links to where the firmware can be found. kzbin.info/www/bejne/d3q9fqqBoKqVpassi=NNOHIc-KRxhxBHSd
