I didn't get the napkin from the tea dude at first, went back to port sarim and finished the dialog, with option 5 i think it was, "I'll be searching* or what it was. Also removed my customisations.

coudlnt see that youj needed gold as a requirment for the quest at the start fo the video, that would be helpful as the fare costs gold, so you do need gold as well and not bank eevrything

for anyone doing this in 2024 i had to walk in and out of the door for the magic whistle to spawn 5 times........... an entire inventory of whistles spawned after that. it's bugged as hell now apparently. just go in and out the door
