Incase you can't teleport to Uzer, here are some alternatives. You can teleport to Uzer if you have done "The Golem" quest. Travel Walk east of the Dominion Tower Walk east of Shantay Pass Uzer can be reached easily after Eagles' Peak quest is completed by flying a Desert eagle of the Eagle transport system. Ali Morrisane's magic carpet will only be available after The Golem quest. Fairy ring - dlq, then walk north-east

There's a bug while in a group with the third water trough to where the range target won't fall; leave your group and this will fix the issue!

This quest, didnt say anything about trouble, to travel to Uzer. But its ok. So this messed me up, with Uzer Carpet. But was able to walk there :P
