Hi there…just wondering why you don't have propofol listed as an induction agent? Also , the fentanyl & midas doses you have must be pre-treatment dosages. Our induction dosages for those are much higher..6-10ug/kg of Fentanyl if proposal, ketamine or etomidate are not available. I am interested in your response. Thank you.

How can lidocaine/atropine be given by the endotracheal route before RSI? Surely this means either the airway is patent or the drug simply won't reach the lungs?

You inject them through cricothyroid membrane 👌
