Yes Industrial Park are full in many parts. Empty Malls , less livelihood . And I observed this from last 15 years This area will develop definitely but 2040-2050. If someone invest now there grand children can benifit one generationधन्यबाद smart investors are moving towards Jevar airport, YEIDA, Dwarka Expressway,Delhi Mumbai E way, मेरठ तक मेट्रो पहुँच गयी और यहाँ लोग 2024 मे खुश हो रहे हैं के मेट्रो आ रही ही आई नहीं है अभी 🤣🤣🤣 Actually ये area किसी नेता या उसके relatives की एरिया ऑफ interest मे नहीं है इसीलिए दिल्ली अभी भी दूर है। जब तक नरेला Develop नहीं होता ये एरिया develop नहीं होगा Bhadurgarh can benifit from Maruti then Sonipat.और एक दो धरने और लग गए तो जो बचा है rate कुछ इसका भी सत्यानाश तय है। आप invest करें मैने तो अपना पक्ष रखा है।
