Hey Farel !! Thanks so much for covering the legendary Minstrel Song for us, all these years. I had played it to death on the old PS-2, and was the one who first found the ‘fusion Sorcery / Necro spells were possible’, with the old Codebreaker CD, and told it to Ramtieger to add to his FAQ… so I’ve definitely loved this for many years as well. I found out about the Remaster a few months back (on Steam), and was overjoyed to finally be able to play it portably on my Steam Deck. Many more hours of fun await - and your great guides and video thoughts will be a part of my newest journeys. Thanks again ! 😊

I wish i knew about this trick before i sold my dinosaur egg now i have to wait another 100+ battles before the thing respawns But its good to know since you can potentially get some really powerful gear early on lmao

That is true, but to be fair, gear can get send between playthroughs, so ... things are not that dire to begin with

I want to get the Khellendros pole arm via a level 3 treasure map with the treasure hunter level 5 class, but it still take a lot of time to get it. I know about the poor drop rate, but should I go for the silver dragon method or still going through with the treasure chests?

I am sorry. I don't think I can offer much help. I was not toying with treasure Maps much at all in the remaster. For a bunch of playhtorughs I just had a level 1 map that I duplicated, and then proceeded to use over and over again, getting a ton of items from it. After that I stopped. I cannot claim to have any expertise on the topic. Sorry

Hey, nice vid, also is this glitch safe? i mean does it affect to current/future run that can cause crashes or error?

It has never caused me any issues. It is not a glitch that corrupts data, it's just something that puts cursors in positions where they shouldn't be, allowing for the duplication of items. Nothing ever happened to me. Of course if you feel like being careful, you can simply make a backup save file before starting. It should definitely not break the game itself.
