I was the other cop on the traffic stop with Adam (the bouncing car) and I've gotta be honest... I didn't even see Wes in the car, and didnt know he was in there the whole time. However... @@Karmy. So, a little context... I was actually on my way to the station at Mission Row when I saw (who I now know was Ryan) rippin' by me, but I didn't get a good look at him or the bike. They were more than happy to let Wes take the hit for it, too lol. And I was trying to get Buggs and Wes to stop after their U-turn but they really did fail to stop. I logged off for the night after that stop, because it was just after 1am for me and I had been in the server for over 4 hours, so I was pretty tired.
